Workers Protest to Protect Charter Rights

Sarnia –The federal Conservative government’s latest budget implementation Bill C-59, Division 20, undermines the collective bargaining rights of federal public service workers.

The Supreme Court has already established the right to collective bargaining as a Charter right, a right that is being violated should Bill C-59 become law.
