Ratification Vote Information Sessions  -  Teaching Assistants 2021

We will be holding an electronic vote for members of the TEACHING ASSISTANTS (TAs) to ratify the tentative agreement between PSAC and the University of Western Ontario.
The voting period will open on Tuesday, March 2. 2021 @ 5 PM and close on Thursday, March 4. 2021 @ 5 PM EST.   Manditory Information Sessions will be held by webinar for all members.

 

Important Information

In order to be eligible to vote you must follow the steps provided.

 

STEP 1: REGISTER TO ATTEND 1 OF THESE MANDATORY INFORMATION SESSIONS:

STEP 2: RECEIVE YOUR PERSONAL IDENTIFICATION NUMBER (PIN)

You will receive your Voting PIN letter via email by Friday, February 26, 2021. If you have not received it and you have checked your junk email folder looking for key words “Intelivote” or “PSAC”, please contact the London Regional Office at:

STEP 3: HOW TO VOTE

You will have the opportunity to vote on the UWO 610 tentative agreements between March 2. 2021 @ 6 PM to March 4. 2021 @ 5 PM EST.

Using the PIN that is sent to you by e-mail, your PIN will be released 3 hours after the webinar session ends and you can vote any time during the period noted above.

  • Please be aware that if you should be interrupted while voting, you may re-access the voting system to complete your voting.

This vote is by secret ballot. How you vote is entirely confidential.

Attendance will be tracked and only those who registered and attended the full presentation will have their PIN #’s released to vote, enabling their vote to count.  If you sign into the webinar after the information portion has started, or sign off before it has ended you will not have met the mandatory requirement under Regulation 15 (C) of the PSAC Constitution.
