Young Workers

Are you a memeber of the PSAC, and under the age of 35? If so, get active in the future of your union. 

The Public Service Alliance of Canada believes young workers, like all workers, want to be treated with fairness, dignity and respect.

At the 2012 PSAC National Triennial Convention held in Ottawa in May, delegates passed a resolution that called for the creation of Regional Young Workers Committees. 

What will the Young Workers' Committee do? 

  • Identify young workers' issues and rights in the workplace.
  • Build and strengthen the relationship and involvement of young workers with the PSAC. 

  • Build understanding of our common issues as workers, regardless of age or employment status.

Young Worker Summit 2018

Hello PSAC Ontario Young Worker Activists!   Are you interested in meeting other PSAC Ontario young activists and collaborating to shape our union and the broader labour movement?  If so, apply to participate in the PSAC Ontario 2018 Young Worker Summit!   The Summit takes place October 24th – 26th, 2018  in Cornwall Ontario at the NAV Centre.
