Talking Union Basics (T.U.B.)

When: Saturday & Sunday - February 9th & 10th, 2019 Where: Microtel - Kirkland Lake Time: 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. (both days) This course provides materials to support the Talking Union Basics Kit (TUB), an introductory course for union members. The TUB is an excellent tool for new member/activist orientation to the “why” and “how” of the PSAC, as it provides an historical and structural overview to guide membership participation in their union. Learners are also introduced to the collective agreement and problem-solving mechanisms through popular education methods and exercises.
